Lack Of Nutrition Affects Hair


There are lot of reason behind hair loss such as  stress, illness and heredity. Lack of nutrient is also one reason behind hair loss.Body needs nutrition to work best. It gets nutrition form vitamin,minrals and nutrients.To get good nutrition,healthy diet is more important. There are many ways to make sure you that you are eating balanced diaet or not?. And one of the way among them are hair loss.Those hair problems caused due to lack of proper  nutrition can be corrected by proper diet.Some main nutrients that are involved are vitamin A,vitamins B,Botin vitamin,vitamin C,vitamin E,Water and more.
